We are money finders for independent film & television projects, using our established industry contacts to assist filmmakers in presenting their projects for potential funding to our network of investment sources. If one of our investors shows an interest in your project, then we communicate with them – providing any additional documentation they may request, resolving any concerns they may have, negotiating terms, scheduling meetings with your team and theirs to discuss details of your project, and regularly tracking the status of your project as the investors reach their final decision.

Should we succeed in obtaining any amount of financing for your project through one of our investment sources, you agree to pay us a Consultants Fee of 4% of the total amount we secure (2% on budgets of $15 million or more,) payable when your funds from the investor are received and become available to you. You also agree to give Executive Producer credits, (or Co-Executive Producer credits if we obtain less than 50% or the total budget,) to each of our funding representatives. On certain projects, we may also request the opportunity to negotiate a small percentage of the merchandising profits derived from the project.
